Hello friends today I am going to tell u about Gopal sweets and resturent, Patiala.Gopal sweets is a big name.They have their shops at several places.But in Patiala their service didnot satisfy me.Few days ago I went there with my family.I orderd some food. Worst thing is you have to make your order on billing counter.Than u have to give that to other counter , they will give u a token.You have to wait for your token no to display on a led board. When its ready you have to take all the required things ( Plate, spoon, napkin paper etc and your ordered food) by yourself from that counter. I mean isnot it disgusting in today world that you have to make order and take everything by yourself. There is no one to bring you anything on your table.I really disappointed.Service they provide is very bad.So I suggest everyone keep it in mind before you plan to go there and eat food.
