Gopal’s variety is good, but there was a problem in their kitchen. The cleanliness is average & we can see flies in kitchen & near the customers tables. Delivery service is not fast. A terrible thing to observe in a restaurant if one is served food and water in used utensils and upon asking, nobody is ready to hear and answer or even have courtesy to hear to the grievances of the customer. The guy sitting on reception table had no complaint book to note my COMPLAINT. No body came out to hear my complaint. In the last it was very bad experience for me.
