#GoWarranty My brother has purchased a 3 year Go warranty plan for my LED TV. within this period one horizontal line appears from my TV screen but GoWarranty is refusing to fix the problem. They said that single line in TV comes under normal wear and tear and Go warranty does not cover this. It is a Manipulated decision to avoid the claim. What a fraud. After that he told them that i will upload all mail communication on social media then they create a fresh service request on 4th august 2024. After that they said that the service engineer will visit to resolve the problem but approx 40 days have passed, and their service engineer did not visit. Thereafter they told him to repair his LED tv at his expense and they will reimburse the bill. On the 16th of September he shared a bill for them for reimbursement but till date they did not reimburse the same. Absolutely rubbish Fake company nobody purchased any plan from them.

They still haven’t resolved our problem, despite the warranty. Such a big company, and yet they are indulging in petty theft. They should be ashamed; they are wasting the customer’s money
