I purchased an extended warranty for 55 inch TV in 2023, which was a mistake on my part. On Mar 30th, 2025, I used their service for the first time, and it was a terrible experience.
First, I raised a service request on 30/3, no one bothered to revert or call, despite multiple follow-ups. Some, Sameer Sheikh messaged and called the first time and did not have any attiquate to speak to a customer.
Then couple of other persons called and informed that they arranged a technician visit the same day but no one came.
I called them, they just took the call and disconnect.
On 21st day today and finally the tv is fixed partially and some black patches are still on the tv which they are saying is dust and will fix it.
