Our company recently interacted with GoWarranty regarding extended warranty options for new MacBooks. The experience was shockingly unprofessional. From the start they fix deadlines and berate us for exceeding the decision timelines.
It is unacceptable for any service provider to insult potential customers for not purchasing on their timeline. Their tone was arrogant and entirely out of line for a company that claims to offer “premium” support.
If this is how GoWarranty communicates before a sale, I shudder to imagine their attitude during a claim. There are far more reputable and courteous alternatives that understand how professional business communication works.
Verdict: Avoid. There’s nothing “premium” about disrespect.
