I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with GoWarranty and their associated service center, RSY Electronics. I purchased GoWarrantys extended warranty 4 year plan, expecting reliable service, but what I received was nothing short of a scam.
When my TV developed an issue, GoWarranty assigned RSY Electronics to handle the repair. A technician from RSY Electronics visited my home, inspected the TV, and took photographs. He claimed that the TV was "burnt, " due to water, mositure, mold and leekage which was clearly not true. The pictures they provided had no signs of burning of anything in the panel or anywhere, Despite this, GoWarranty and RSY Electronics denied my warranty claim, citing fraudulent and baseless reasons without offering any substantial evidence to support their decision.
Their behavior was unprofessional, and its evident that they are trying to avoid honoring their warranty obligations. This entire experience has been mentally exhausting and a complete waste of time and money.
To all other users who have faced similar issues with GoWarranty: I am planning to file a collective complaint against them for their fraudulent practices. If you wish to join me, please connect with me. Together, we can take legal action and hold them accountable for their unethical behavior.
