Repair by authorized brand service centre- They had committed to get all the repairing of ACs by authorised service centre instead of local ones but later once on receipt of my complaint- They ll send local in-experienced team.
Everything covered except physical damage- Comprehensive 4 years extended warranty- They had given written commitment of everything is covered except physical damage but after receipt of complaint They had refused to get it done citing issues of rusting etc.
Rude behaviour by CEO- Mr. Sameer Shaikh When I escalated my complaint matter to Mr. Sameer Shaikh- Instead of helping me out His response was like- Payment has been done Now customer is a BEGGAR.
Cybercrime and credit fraud has already been registered against the CEO Mr . Sameer Sheikh founder mobile number:+91 90290 xxxx1, by 1 another consumer. His number has been blocked by the respective authorities. The same fraud has been done with us as well. Its all wrong and fake commitments before taking money.
