Extended Warranty Issues - I recently had a disappointing experience with Go warranty regarding their extended warranty services. My experience has been very bad, and I feel compelled to share the issues I encountered.
Unresolved Claims: I submitted a claim for a malfunctioning television] on Nov 5, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved and they rejected my claim. The lack of response and action is extremely frustrating.
Poor Customer Service: The customer service representatives were unhelpful and often provided conflicting information
Inadequate Communication: Communication from the company has been severely lacking
Misleading Information: The terms of the extended warranty were not clearly explained at the time of purchase.
Lack of Accountability: Despite raising my concerns multiple times, the company has shown a lack of accountability and willingness to address my issues. I feel that my trust in the company has been betrayed.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Go warranty for their extended warranty services. The unfulfilled promises, poor customer service, and lack of accountability have left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope that sharing my experience will help others make more informed decisions.
