It has come to my attention that your company is engaging in fake reviews to deceive potential customers. You lure consumers into purchasing extended warranty plans by presenting a false image of reliability. However, once the plan is activated and service is required, the true nature of your company becomes evident.
Here’s what I have experienced firsthand:
Service Refusal and Unprofessionalism: When my TV needed repair under the 4-year extended warranty plan I purchased from Gowarranty, I was told that my claim was rejected due to a negative review I had left online. This is completely unacceptable. Even if I were to post a positive review, I am confident you would still find an excuse to deny the service, as it appears your company has no functioning service centers. You take money from customers and forget about their issues.
Fraudulent Claims: After my repeated attempts to get my TV fixed, I was met with abusive language and threats from your service representatives. It is clear that your company has no intention of honoring the warranties purchased and simply looks for ways to block claims and hold onto customers hard-earned money.
I strongly urge you to address these fraudulent practices and start providing the services that you promise to your customers. The refusal to service products based on reviews, and the threats I received, are unacceptable and reflect very poorly on your company.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and share my experience more widely to prevent others from being defrauded.
