Horrendous Experience with Go Warranty Extended Warranty Service
I purchased three extended warranties for three different ACs from Go Warranty, spending a whopping ₹24, 000. Shockingly, they only activated two of the warranties. They had the audacity to blame me for not activating the third warranty and demanded an additional ₹5, 000 to activate it.
When I requested service for one of the ACs, they claimed it was a gas-related issue and promised to send someone. It’s been almost a month, and despite countless calls to their customer service manager, Anshuman, no help has been provided. They have now completely stopped responding.
This feels like outright fraud. After taking more than ₹24, 000, I am left chasing them every single day. Instead of providing any assistance, they keep repeating the same useless line, "Hum aapki complaint forward karte hain."
This is the worst provider with the most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. I strongly urge everyone to avoid Go Warranty at all costs. You will definitely regret it.
