I have an apartment in their project. Their construction quality is good. Overall a good builder. But everything undone by their CRM team.
The guy, Siddharth knows only to throw attitude. He doesnt know anything. cannot answer any querries. Does he even know the full form of CRM. His designation should be CHM - customer harassment manager. wont reply to the emails. wont answer calls. just throws around attitude and zero knowledge about the project!
Either Goyal doesnt want any of their customers to choose them again and also recommend to others. Or they want their business to go south. Nothing else explains the working of CRM. Just one word for you Goyal - Do the corrective measures immediately. You need a CRM in btwn Raghu(yes machine) and Siddharth(Just throw attitude and do nothing).
