Few weeks back I ordered a samsung 40 led tv from Gozefo.com and paid online payment then instantly I got message that my order is confirmed. And they will deliever it within 9 days.I just kept eagrly waiting for 9 days on 10 days I called Gozefo helpline number to ask about delay but my call didnt connected for 1 day next day I again tried their helpline number this time my call connected to their executive after that I told him about delay that executive was very arrogent he kept on to his same statement that it is out of stock we cant do any thing. You should have to wait for next 5 days.I still wait for next 5 days but didnt recieved any product after 10 days I got a call from about product we directed them way to my home. They deliever the product and moved. I opened the box and found the screen was almost broken I instantly called to their helpline number I tried many times but they didnt connect my callAt last my call connected I told them about my issue but there executive denied to accept that fault is from there side I told them to replace it because it was clearly mentioned that if you got damaged product they will replace it. After lots of quarrel he ended with this statement that we dont another product of this specification so we will not replace it if you want to return it then we will process a return request for you and for that we will refund only 75% amountI asked why you are deducting 25% he arrogently told me that this is our processing charge and withing one day they picked up their tv & told me that I will recieve my refund within 1-2 days but its about 15 days I didnt recieved my refund .After lots of cudgel brains I talk to senior executive he assured me that he has proccessed my refund it will reach you soon.I recieved refund but that was only 70% of my total amount.Even there website is also not userfriendly arranged in very unordered way hard to find optionsSo, at the end I just wanted to say that they are fraud dont trust them and dont buy any product through Gozefo.com
