One of the worst shopping experiences. I had ordered a tv. They said it would take 14 days to deliver. Then, they kept on delaying order. As if 14 days is not a good enough period. Their attitude towards order fulfilment is casual. Like when it will happen, it will happen. I think Amazon/ flipkart must be idiots trying to make single day delivery happen.
Anyway, on 20th day, they cancelled order. Saying product condition is not good. And money will be refunded(Goodluck with that). So there goes B’day surprise for my mom for a toss. And money. Now same tv is available again on their parent website for 6k more. Such awesome business model. Why care about customers when you can make money fooling them.
