The Grab a Grub onboarding process is complex and time consuming for delivery partners who wants to work for them. You have to give current address proof , who are working outside how they will give current address proof. Secondly the process to assign store is complex either know the Hr or else you have to visit store and they will take one day to process of joining at store. The Hr and team leader isnt friendly at all everyone just work on their way, you either wait there or else go and comeback another day. For withdrawal of your earnings you have to verify your number, where you have already verified your number while registering. The parcel receiving and delivering experience is very bad compared to competitor like zepto, blinkit and Instamart. Every order you pick definitely has one order missing or they dont packed the item so you have to face rude behaviour of customer. The Hr and TL work on their own condition non of them compliance with another. The withdrawal takes 1-2days to processed and deposit in your bank account.The in app support system is not friendly at all and half of the complaint they will say to contact HR.
