On 12th Jan I ordered a nexus 7 which was delivered on 16th even though I was promised a delivery date of 23rd Jan. on 16th December I ordered a nexus 5 from grabmore. The promised delivery time was after 24th January 2014 but they delivered it on 23rd December 2013 almost a month early. The only problem I faced was in second order and that too was on the part of the courier company. I would suggest that at the time of placing your order instruct grabmore not to use ARAMEX courier. They are the worst courier service. They work slower than a snail’s pace. they do only one thing a day. Like if your package is received at your city it will stay there for the whole day even if it was received before 12 pm.
For nexus 7, grabmore used bluedart / DHL they are absolute professionals. My nexus 7 was shipped on 15 Jan 2013 in the evening and I received it on 16th Jan before 3 pm. I urge grabmore to please stop using aramex courier. They don’t attempt delivery and update the status as delivery attempted delivery person not at home. They even lie that they came to the house and no no was present. Grabmore, please stop using ARAMEX.
