I ordered a black Korg guitar tuner from grabmore.in . They sent me a blue one with an invoice saying a black tuner has been sent. They are unable to say whether they can provide me a black product at the same price and tell me that if I re-order a black product since the previous order is completed then it will take 3 wks atleast to reach me .

Manager is inaccessible and customer care team is rude, inefficient and cannot handle any matters on their own . They are like puppets. Horrid customer service. I order a product on 11th of March 2015. Today is the 27th of March. They say it will take 3-4 more weeks to get my product.
They just sit on m y money and make me feel as if they are doing favour by exchanging the tuner. Infact, they should have ordered the black tuner right away. That was the right thing to do. I am not snatching it from their hands. They hold up my money.
