Hi,
As the original reviewer has pointed out, Gramin is a boon for all lovers of good North Indian veg food. The restaurant has recently expanded, with a better ambience than before.
The kababs are good, while my favourite is the Bhindi Rajasthani - Ladyfingers raosted in oil (there is not much oil sticking to the dish!), flavoured with salt, pepper and other masalas. Butter rotis and kulchas are better than in most places, while most of the curries are excellent.
Staff are courteous and try to be quick in serving you. The best part was that they dont intrude often, unlike some other restaurants. Music is generally not played (Thank God!).
Afternoons can be quite busy, you may have to wait for 20-45 minutes for your turn, so be early (say 12:30 PM). Reservations for large parties are accepted, but the maximum seating capacity at a table would be 6-7.
Regards
Sridhar
