I am currently working with Gray Matrix and I am having a great time working with Gray Matrix. I have a great platform and diversified work experience with horizontal and vertical growth, and a flexible work environment. Every company has its own advantages and disadvantages.
It’s the attitude that matters of how one takes the work given to him/her, be it deadlines or working late it is part of the IT industry. Appreciation and acknowledgment of my work is always been a motivation from my reporting managers.
