Management people of gray matrix play with the carrer of their employees. They make a bond of 2 year from employees and don’t pay them money.They just gives reasons that we don’t have projects we don’t gain so much profits from clients. They just mentally harass the employees by threatening them.I had been working with this company for 1 and half year .It was too bad experience for me, please don’t go and ruin your carrer in this company.
