Despite having tie up with OYO( as they have OYO tab) they harass the customers without giving rooms if paid online. Even if paid offline, they don't consider the OYO norms.but booking is considered thru OYO. What a tragic contradiction. Horrible management staffs with narrow mind in terms of money.getting down from train after travelling for four days and checking to hotel, and u r denied after a pre-booking. It's like the outright rejection of your right. No SOP for the management. Overall, nightmarish.
