Over the course of two decades Amy Grant managed to inspire people around the world with her Gospel and Pop music. When she was a teenager she discovered her ability to sing, write and perform music.
Being raised as a Christian she looked for ways to reach out to the world and has done so with her music. She was encouraged by all of those who knew her to sing, and not just sing about anything but to sing about what God had done for her during her life. And as luck would have it the teacher of her bible class while living in Tennessee was a record producer.
And so at age 17 she started her singing career, but it would be 2 more years before her first album. By 1982 she was a bona fide Christian singer, singing to the world. I would like to share with you all one her greatest Gospel albums. Titled “Amy Grant, Her Greatest Inspirational Songs.”
These are some of her greatest works all on one album/cd. I came across it while looking for songs for myself to sing in church.

Album and Cost
The album cover has a picture of Amy Grant on it with the title of the album. The colors are in browns, whites and burgundy’s. It is very easy to spot when looking for it. The cost varies from store to store, but the average price is around $10.00.
You can also get copies from various online stores, which is where I got mine. I paid 9.99 for my cd plus s/h.
The jacket cover has listed on the very back cover information about all Producers, Production Managers, Coordinators, Design, etc. Also the jacket cover for the cd is the same as the album cover.
The album is put out by BMG Heritage and is a trademark of BMG Music NY, NY.
How I Feel
Each of these songs is meant to touch your heart and soul in a way that only God and you can allow. They are well written about life’s happenings, perhaps your own life happenings.
They are truly an inspiration to me and really make me feel good after hearing them. There are several that I am going to work on to hopefully sing at my church.
The only thing I didn’t like about the album is that the words are not available so I have to now go and buy the music once again of the choices I want to sing with the words so that I can learn the songs. I will most likely look at the sheet music as well.
The songs are pleasant to listen to and sing to. Her music is not loud but peaceful. And as a Christian woman myself I truly enjoy this album.
For those of you out there who are looking for a good Gospel album consider this one. You won’t be upset if you do, you will be upset if you don’t I think. I believe that you will be missing out on a wonderful message in song. Many of her songs have won Academy Awards and various other awards. That speaks volumes on it’s own.
Amy Grant is a fantastic singer and I love most of her work. There are a few of her songs as with all singers that I don’t care for. But overall I highly recommend this album.
This is truly an emotionally charged album by a Christian Singer who has touched the hearts of millions with her words of Praise to the Lord. And you know what, like me, she is not ashamed to say so. Remember, actions speak louder than words when serving the Lord.
I hope that this has helped in some kind of way.
God Bless!
