I booked a cab at Hyderabad at 9 PM on July 2013. and got a text that they’ll confirm driver details 50 mins prior to pickup time.
The pick up time was 11 pm. Till 10.15 pm I didn’t received any reply from them so I called up to check and they told that they’ll revert in 2-3 mins. Nothing happened.
I waited for 10 more mins and called up and received the same reply. By now, I knew that this is another bogus service provider. Finally I called up at 10:40 pm to check, just-in-case, the cab was confirmed. Still got the same reply and I shouted on them.
At 10.50 pm I received a text saying that your booking is cancelled. I strongly advise you all to NEVER USE their services.
