Worst experience with them. I booked an innova for railway station drop in the evening and got a confirmation sms in the morning itself. I called them back and again rechecked about the cab and they reconfirmed it. In the last minute they sent an indica without any prior information.
When I called them they just said that innova was not available. They didn’t even bother to call and inform me prior to sending indica. Very pathetic service. They made my day so miserable and put me into so much trouble and in the end I have to look for other vehicle in the last minute. Never ever recommend this taxi to anyone. If you choose this taxi, you will be put into lot of trouble and last minute tension.
