I have been to green chilli restaurant last month, the hotel has 2 floors where 2nd floor is "bar" cum dining area, and first floor is dining area. When i entered into the hotel the was fully occupied where some people were standing inside the restaurant in a limited place, i waited for about 1 Hr but i didn’t get a table though, so i asked the manager if there is any other place to dine, he told me to go upstairs so i went upstairs but refused to dine there, as 2nd floor was not at all clean, it was totally covered with smoke which made me very uncomfortable to dine there. So i came down, luckily i got a table and waited for the waiter to provide me the food menu, as soon i received the menu i was so confused to pick the right food item as there was so many items to choose, finally i ordered some veg and non veg food items and waited for the waiter to serve, it took nearly 1 hour for the food to prepare as per our order which is not a good sign, the waiter served the food and at first i ate Chicken 65 which tasted really good, then started eating other items the taste of other food items except chicken 65 and ghobi was not at all good, the taste was same as the food which will be available roadside.They offer booking through Justdial site/app, however bookings are not mandatory to eat food at the restaurant. At first they made me wait for about 1hr and then 1hr for the food to cook and serve, the restaurant was small these three things made my stay very uncomfortable. I liked only some of the dishes served and interaction with the waiter was good, i didn’t like to wait for everything in the restaurant and the restaurant was very full of noise which is very irritating, they charge nearly Rs 200-300 for every food item they serve but the taste of the food is not good which i didn’t like at all. The ambience of the restaurant is good at first floor but it is very worst at 2nd floor with bad smell with no cleanliness, the speed of service is very slow which is a negative mark. I recommend this to the people who could wait for a long time and adjust get adjusted for any kind of taste.
