Worst crew behaviour. They make you feel they are rescuing you from some place and doing a huge favour on you. As a single traveler I never faced any issue but today I was travelling with my parents who are old aged. We are travelling from Bengaluru to Gangavathi Bus no. KA 51 AF 4113 journey date 26th Dec 2022. Our bus was scheduled for 10.45 pm and we reached the Anand rao circle Greenline travels around 10.35 pm. Since the bus number was shared prior in sms, I could spot the bus parked after 2 buses from the office in the same line. My mother has leg pain and we try to make her walking minimal and convenient wherever we go. So I asked the cab driver to park near the bus and we got off took all the luggage and just when I was helping my mother climb the bus door, Mr driver who with an attitude of an astronaut or pilot said you can only enter once the bus is brought forward in front of the office. I requested him I will show the ticket at least let my mother get in to avoid walking back and forth. He said its company policy and closed the door on my mothers face. I went to the office and spoke to the person incharge and asked him why is it a big issue to let a senior passenger board the bus after checking the ticket. The person with an attitude of Prime Minister said no thats company rules and regulations and we would only let you in once we call your name. My parents walked towards office and waited for 5 mins. Later we got to know they are boarding people behind at the same place. Again my mother had to walk back and I had to shift the luggage back. My question to Greenline travels, is this behaviour befitting your company policy? Are you doing a favour on us by taking us to places or you are a tourism company and treat you customers as guests. I would never again choose the same for any travel.
