Benefits of green tea

Having greentea  has a lot of benefits.it is loaded with antioxidants and proteins that has powerful effects on the body which improves brain functioning , fat loss and a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits.recent study showed that green tea  protects in your old age and lowering the risk of alzheimers.


Green tea drinkers are at a lower rate of cardiovascular disease and cancer.it makes sense that it could help you live longer.even doctors highly recommend taking green tea.i recommend everyone to have a cup of green tea daily.
