I had ordered some headsets from green dust. Not only the product was defective, they are not willing to refund the money too. They got the return on 7th Nov.Till 20th Nov, they kept saying they need to check return status.
After that, please wait for 10 more days for refund!
They also hanged up on me twice, when I asked to talk to someone senior. I am not sure if this company can survive with this kind of customer service.
