I bought Philips Citrus Press Juicer HR2775 on June 5, 2015, my order no: 22481522.
The product was delivered in 10 days, I plugged in and found out that the juicer is not working.
The call was made to the customer care no(011-66489200) and I was told that the product will be reverse picked.
No body came I called again with same result. Today is 11 July, 2015 and in between I have made and received call from Mumbai office and local delhi office assuring that the product will be picked and replaced. Now I have lost complete interest in the product and don’t care if they come back or not.
