Ordered 1 ton A/c on 6 Sept. Called the company on 12 Sept to inquire about the status, informed the product doesn’t exist but could buy another product for 17k (new A/c costs 18k).I refused and asked for refund.
Till date have spoken to Mr Devesh Kumar, Deepak Sahota, Anupam Gupta and Mr Sonu C who claims to be the floor manager. Every week they request me to wait for 3 more days.
Don’t know if I will ever get the refund.
