I placed an order 22419945 for Lenevo laptop and they didn’t even ship the product in 10 days. I kept calling them. When I called them first time they told me that it will be shipped within 10 to 12 days. But It’s been 10 days and I don’t think, that they can deliver within 2 days. But they are still repeating the same thing.
The customer service agents gave me the commitment, they will 100% deliver the product in time limit. If I’ll call the customer service, agents they will start repeating the same line.
I am just going to wait for 2 more days for the delivery, Otherwise, I’ll contact the top level.
