I placed an order with Greendust on 29th Feb 2012
Skullcandy: Mix Master Mike heaphones, Greendust price tag RS 16, 200/-
Mr. Romit Phogat(Operations Manager at Greendust) promised me an excellent service & support.
I called Greendust on 29th just before making payment thru Debit, confirming if the Item is available & by what time Ill receive the package. They promised by 9th March.
On 9th March - I called customer support again to know the status of my order. In reply they said - Sorry Sir this item is not available in stock, You may consider buying something else of same value or less.
I am sooo pissed off . One can understand the level of frustration.
Sonu(Rep. from Greendust) served an apology & promised me that hell try n arrange this item by 12th March 2012
On regular follow ups with Sonu, On 12th March he said the item is now available & has dispatched it.
I received the item on 15th March 2012. Only to be tricked again with an OLD REFURBISHED / USED headphones.
Its just unbelievable!
I confirmed with Mr. Romit Phogat & customer care that it has to be a NEW box, untempered in any shape or form with skullcandy seal on it.

Now they are requesting me to put down this video.
But I want Greendust to understand the level of carelessness they have.
I hope this video reaches out to the higher management of Greendust & Reverse Logistics(ReverseLogistics.in)
I hope ill find a quick resolution to this. Either they change the box with a new one, again untempered in any shape or form with company seal on it.
Or Im willing to send them back their refurbished piece & request them for a refund.
Greendust. you have disappointed me.
