Greendust - "Please dont fool customers", say one thing do another. I called a customer service executive before purchasing Edifier 2.1 speakers, which were not available in any other Indian websites. I spent more than a reasonable time searching for this particular product.
Website information misleading saying surplus stock. I doubted this and verified with a customer care executive before placing the order. He said it will be delivered with in 7 to 10 days. Few days after the payment, (After the order), I have received confirmation mail regarding the order is placed and processed. I am calling green dust customer care regarding delivery status, as im going out of station, in order to receive.
Pathetic service. Im receiving another mail saying there is no stock of that particular service, when I called regarding this mail my call gets hanged up several times. now in the mail they are telling me to order something else. Such stupidity must be reported to consumer interest protection authorities, tell me what can I do(procedure where they can file a report), refund is not a big deal, I will get it anyway.
This is a true bitter experience with Green dust.
Green dust mislead me all the way...made me stupid. Any advise is kindly appreciated.
