This is a site which gives a premium feels and meanwhile tries to save the nature or environmnet by providing eco friendly priducts such as bags.
As I have visited the website, I found that the loading speed of the website is good ( never expected) and the overview is great. I loved seeing the tag where it say lets save the earth together. This works a reminder. Although, interface is great and very much user friendly.
What I found that it mostly sell bag of differnet types , quality, print and all that. It even sells office equipment. I personally opted for the printed bag with the quality of jute. It cost me around 70 and I found it good enough and have ordered it. I has also provide me with a 10days exchange and this is what I liked. So the ordering experince was good.
Taste- The website has been providing a great showcase of various natures of bags. It has many differnet metarials and even shapes and size. So you will never have that feeling of lack of options.
Customer service- What I found good is , the customer service. In the website only you will find a quick button to access the service and it is prompt. And moreover they even replied to my mail within 24-hrs. That good eneough.
Delivery- They had shipped my item within 24-hrs and the delivery was within 7days. It was good and I never felt any problem with them. Moreover that 10days return option was also there.
Quality of the product received is good without doubt but somewhat I feel that the price is bit high , although other may not agree.
Reliablity- This website is genuine and haven’t done any fruadulence with me and I hope they will carry on with their great service. Overall I think if anybody needs a fancy bag and can give the money, shall try it out.
