Had purchased power bank from groupon . Didnt received the delivery of it for almost 17 days. Raised a complaint in the customer care as online payment was done.
They said it will be delivered in 10 days Thereafter raised the same complaint almost each day no response from 24th June everyday they r saying it will be delivered on the same day, as I know the service of group on this is the 3responsibility time I am facing the problem.
I have recorded every call, today I called thrice 2 times customer representative told 100% it will be delivered today but when I called ecom express they said group on is in debited the amount I placed conf call with group onnrep in the call they said the same thing with the rep.groupon is a global recognized companyn this is not at all correct with groupon.
And after the call groupon representatives told that they will refunded. does it make any sense that customer will be refunded the money after 17 days of the product purchase.
