Product not delivered and no response from CEO

I would like to cancel the Deal no. 00101259I1 and 0010210Q1U. Please let me know when will my refund process?


It’s been 2 weeks now and still the product is not shipped. I request you to please cancel the order and please process refund give me the time frame that when will my refund process?
