For the matter of fact, I am a very busy person and still I am forced to take time off to write this review to help other to avoid wasting their time and money. I bought two products from crazeal.com. Both of these products were valentine offers and delivery was promised before valentine. I placed order for these products 10 days before valentine to give crazeal enough time to deliver. One week after placing order, I called up crazeal to provide me delivery number of my orders and customer service representative told me that there was no information available and suggested me to call next day. I called up next day to hear the same thing again.
This continued for another one week and nobody at crazeal had a clue whether products that I bought were dispatched or not. In despair, I lost the hope of receiving these products by valentine. 10 days after valentine, thats is, 20 days after placing the order, I received a call from crazeal that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and hence could not be delivered. next day I received same call for another products. I was really pissed that why the hell crazeal is informing me that product is out of stock of stock after 20 days I placed order. By then I already wasted hours of my time checking the delivery status of the products. In another one week my money was refunded. So in total crazeal kept my money for one month and made me call them scores of time to repeat same stuff again. Frankly such a company does not have right to remain in business.
