About a month ago, on 3rd of September I bought 5x Ola cab vouchers from https://groupon.co.in/deals/mumbai/ola-cabs/604393
I received 5 codes the next day and when I tried to apply, every single code was giving an invalid error. I contacted the customer support and trust me, they did not even bother to respond until I posted on their facebook and twitter pages. After a while, they told me that the vouchers work properly but they actually didn’t.
They gave me Olacabs email support ID and I sent them an email two weeks ago, wrote on their FB and twitter accounts and everything seems to be deleted. Pathetic support. Horrible service. I just need my money back.
