This feedback is for the Voucher no. 7646652816, I had a great experience with the recent Aura Thai Spa, so keeping in mind I purchased this Voucher hoping for the best Services
Today I planned to visit this place and redeem this voucher,
it is mentioned that we need to call them for the reservation, I started calling them from 11:00 A.M, No Body Respond, I tried it doing for 3-4 times, then I searched for the Spa Website and got the Number from this website, I then contacted the Spa and asked the Receptionist to book a slot, the way the person talked to me was really not acceptable, he asked me for the exact time.
I told him that I will be coming from 20 km distance so please book a slot with 15 minutes of gap, but he denied straight away giving the reason that he has lots of customers and he asked me again for the exact time, which was really not possible to give, then he gave me the time of 1:30 PM.
I agreed to that because it was the only option he gave to me. I had some other works to do so I completed them and again called the spa for the confirmation of slot and for the Address, I called them and asked for the slot and Address but this time the person was really with rude tone, he insulted me as if I am availing this for free, I Got the hint about the services I was about to receive.
I reached the place anyhow, now the problem again started with the parking, there was no particular place for bike parking, the person was not allowing for the parking for spa customer, then I talked to one of the Hotel Employee and he helped me because prior to that I tried to call the spa people but they didn’t respond and then I found one guy from the Hotel staff and he helped me for the parking.
Now I entered the Spa and gave the print of the Voucher to the Receptionist and told him about the booked slot and also told the incident regarding the parking but he ignored that and yes! I was on the right time but even though he asked me to wait. After more than 15 minutes he called me for the massage,
I entered to the massage room and did all the formalities as asked by the therapist, without even giving the options to me the lady started the massage but after sometime I was feeling hurt by the tight massage so I informed her to be soft (this is the thing followed in the massage center, if you are feeling the massage hard then you can inform the guy so as to get soft hands), but she ignored that.
After 10 minutes I was hurting me a lot and also it was not comfortable at all so I informed her again but the same happened again, now this time I got frustrated and asked her to stop that and asked her to do it softly. Also the oil used did not seem to be good, the ambiance was also very local and moreover the room was full of suffocation. So, the massage experience was really worst..
Now I went to take the shower and the bathroom was not cleaned and it was too slippery. Also, there was no body wash available (only hair shampoo was there).
Even after taking the bath the body was full of oil as it can only be removed with the help of Body wash or soap. but this time I didnt inform them for this because I was already frustrated.
So this is the whole experience today with this deal, I am really surprised why Groupon is hiring such kind of Spa.
I really dont expect this kind of Service from Groupon.
