A company which has habit of making mistakes

I recently purchased a pair of cuff links from crazeal and just can’t tell how much hassle I have to go through the entire process. After placing the order I received the wrong product after a week. I told the same to customer support and they told me to reverse ship the product and I did the same. Then after 10 days I again received the same wrong product. Again customer support directed me to do the same reverse shipping process. This kept on happening for atleast 4 times and took over a month. At the end I was told that the product I have ordered is out of stock and hence either I can keep the wrong product or I can take a refund. I had no option but to take a refund.


Then after 2-3 weeks I again ordered a different pair of cufflinks and you won’t believe that the same old thing repeated itself. Wrong product was shipped and again I was told to go through the reverse shipping procedure.I told them that you ship me the right product and then only I will reverse ship the wrong product. They told me that they will update me in 2-3 days. But I think their watch stopped after 1 day because they never contacted me again. I dropped them 2-3 mails for which I never got a reply. When I used to call Customer support, every time call was redirected to some new personnel and I had to narrate the complete chapter again. It was such a pain to go through the same thing again and again.


After about 20 days I got a call from them saying that either you can take a refund or you can keep the wrong product and we will give you 100 Rs credit as a goodwill gesture. "Goodwill gesture", I don’t know whether crazeal understands the customer. I will tell crazeal how goodwill gesture is shown, ebay india gave me coupon of 2000 Rs because the product didn’t reach to me in time, Colgate gave me a hamper of around 500 Rs for a 15 Rs toothbrush complaint that I made with them, Mcvities also gave me a gift hamper because of a complaint for a 10Rs biscuit. Its not about the money its about the way you handle the situation. Crazeal has the worst customer handling. Now, I will think twice before making any order with crazeal.

Hi Arpan_agr,Getting great deals from merchants isn't an easy task. And since merchants ship the products directly, sometimes the product shipped, may not be as expected.
