I purchased notebook fan which was a faulty product. I called them on mentioned customer care number which was always busy.
Then I wrote them a mail on 11 sep the day I received the product. After raising my concern on so may web sites on 15 Sep I got the revert. On 16 sep I shipped the damaged product and mail the detail. Now today is 4 oct and I didnt hear any thing from them except auto generated mails which I received after writing my concern to them.
Its my request pls dont go with groupon as their promises are false.
