GST Suvidha Kendra provides it’’s franchisee at a cost of Rs. 30, 000 with the promise of providing services in the field of GST creation & Return Filing, IT Return Filing, Formation of companies, LLPs etc. They also deal in loans through their partnership with Loanwiser. They also provide Utility services like Bill Payments & Recharges.
But, after taking the franchise charge and providing some very basic online training, they leave the franchisees on their fate. Their customer service is pathetic. A simple ITR-1 filing can take more than 15 days unless and until followed up rigorously by the Franchisee. There is no Turn Around Time for any activity & there is no pro-activeness on GSTSK’’s part. They are simply not bothered and their behaviour with their franchisees is also very rude.
Even for Loanwiser, most of the proposals get rejected at initial stages itself and I believe their model is just to earn the processing fee charges of 100-200 which is mandatory.
GSTSK is just interested in opening more franchisees so that they can earn 30000 from each of them. They are not interested in providing quality & timely services to the consumers.
Hence, I caution all those people who might get swayed by the lofty promises made through Digital Marketing Channels of superior earnings, not to take their franchise
