Very Bad Service Provider

I have Very disturbing experience with GTPL Broadband Connection. Three or Four times in a day, you have to require restart it. If you have to transfer it then you have to pay 580/- RS for transfer charges and still it is transferred after 40 to 45 days. It gives very worthless services.


My Experience with GTPL Broadband service:


I have to transfer my broadband connection, then I make a call to customer care. From there I get answer that your transfer will be done in two or three working days. I am happy with this answer. Keep looking in the way that it will happen in two to three days, but there is no answer from there.


After that, went to the office of GTPL in my area and talked to a head of there. He told that the fees are paid to be first and their worker will come and transfer it. I pay instantly 580/-RS. Again he reply me that your transfer will be done in two or three working days. I was very angry to hear this because the customer care executive could not say before.


Still I stayed for three to four days but no one even came to transfer nor did I even call me. Then again I reached to the office of the GTPL where I payed RS 580/- for transfer. But today the head of office was not came. His employers were also speaking as his people say that it will take two or three days.


So far, my ten to fifteen days were wasted this continued with me for months continuously. There was a lot of trouble in me. Then I thought that my fees should be withdrawn. Then went to the office and talked to the head that you know what you are saying or not it has been a month but I have not been transferred because of what is the reason? So he got angry on the reverse mood and says you go back to your fees, We did not have to your work.


If I suddenly spoke, then please give back my fees and its receipt is here. He did not know what to do. Let me put a blank paper write down what I say that I was wasting my month in the transfer and now I feel that this job is not my responsibility.


He became shocked, now what should he do? After a while, he says that your work will confirmed on this day You do not worry and then go to GTPL, taking 40 to 45 day to complete this task.


I have had the worst experience from GTPL.


I suggest everybody to use broadband of another company by tapping the use of GTPL broadband. So that they realize their responsibility.
