I m a gtpl customer.
My plan was smart night plan 9am.to 9pm 512 kbps and 9pm to 9 am its 2mbps.
First when I start a new connection I truly impressed. Every sites load very fast like jio 4g.and download speed is also fine. Its running best I recomend menny customers nd my relatives too.
But after a 6 months speed go slower and slower. I think it was my router problem so I change it. Bt nothing was happen. Speed doesn’t enough that my plan. Because of my less use at that time I don’t mind it.
Bt now days internet becomes over first priority I mind it and try to complain to gtpl customer care. Whenever I try to call on customer care number its always say we are busy on other customer. I get upset from this service. And go to nearest gtpl office and talk to them. They give another customer service number. I call them and book my complaint.
I think gtpl is good but the service is not enough good for its customers. They always busy in I don’t know where.
