I have taken a new connection recently in Nagpur.
I have been given an old/used/refurbished modem. for which I wash charged rs 1200. reason .new modem has not come yet. the whole country is functioning .only gtpl transport is stuck!
terrible service gtpl is providing me.i have taken the 50mbps plan and paid up all the amt in advance or 3 months as trial plan. for 50mbps speed, I get upto 15 mbps only.just for your information only my desktop and mobile is connected to this network.only 2 devices.
upon complaining.i do get a complaint lodge notification.and after 24 hrs I get sms that says your complaint has been closed. no resolution to my complaint ofcourse. to top it all, the sms says call this number for any queries.and the customer support number9727633633 hs incoming services stopped.
now there is no internet connection. upon complaint they are saying it will be resolved in 1 to 3 days.everybody is work from home and gtpl is least bothered to resolve the issue or bother to understand the urgency of the situation.
hopeless services.dont take it even for free if you have serious work to do.
