The service of GTPL is very poor. First of all, they took very long time to set up internet connection. And secondly, speed of the plan is not accordingly as per the plan mentioned in the leaflet. The speed is very slow. And the customer service is very poor, they do not response to our phone calls. So I will recommend that you should not use GTPL as internet service provider, rather you should go for BSNL.
