No proper services,
GTPL company is good but they have no solution to check out in technical fault in short time. Not responding answer when we are suffring from technical problems proper way.
When we complaint for network problems , they should demand working 24 hours it means 3 days too much time to solve our problems.
THIS IS THE MOST HOPELESS RESPONSE ONE CAN EVER EXPECT FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER.
Gtpl is only gadbad telecom private limited company.
Since last 2 weeks the conection and working speed is very poor I hope you will take some action on it.
