Ordered for double door refrigerator for rental on 15th May. They called immediately for full payment, but until today the refrigerator isnt delivered.
I have to follow up asking what happened and they said they havent received my documents and said they will mail me the details. Only after two further follow ups I received the email. I sent the email with the documents immediately and they confirmed the delivery of the product in two days.
Daily morning I receive one automated message saying the order is rescheduled to next day.(I receive that message until today 12th June).
In between I called and requested to cancel the order. They tried convincing me and since I was firm, they agreed to cancel. But no update.
Again after 3 days, I called them and found there were no records of my cancellation request, but she ensured that it will be cancelled and full settlement will be done within 72 hours. This second request was on 23rd May. But again no update until today.
