I was planning on buying a Cb hornet 160 r in the durga puja festive season.so I went there I was told that this bike
was not available now, & when the stock arises I will be informed & it will take 15 days for stocks to arrive.after 15 days no body called up so I went to the dealership to my surprise I met with the sales consultant who told me that after 15 days bike will be available, then I asked whether the bike was available or not, she told me it was available so I inquired all the details finally as I wanted to purchase it on the auspicious occasion of durga puja so I booked the vehicle with Rs 1000 & was told that total price was Rs 88948 on road `with insurance as I told them I didn’t want any accessories to be fitted they agreed to that . while taking delivery on Wednesday I was told that u have to buy the accessories if u want to buy the bike I talked with the sales manger they too told the same thing here I had to pay RS 2000 TO 3000 extra the accessorize cost was only rs 1000. So I complained about them on Honda head office, they told me that my issue will get resolved once I go back to the dealership. so I went there now I was told there was no bike available in stock but just then I called to the same dealership from other no & inquired about the bike they told me that hornet 160 r was available. fro here I knew that dealership was playing tricks with me. The executive who talked with me told why did u go up against us in Honda head office if a dealer wanted he could have helped u in getting a bike.he told me that he will call me up to inform me regarding the status of the bike never got a call though.
finally I purchased the bike from another dealership.
