The BUS seats were not at all clean, the bedsheets were not changed, the bus came from Gujrat and went directly to GOA. it was smelling. the cleaner did not even assist. They made to keep our baggages on the Seat, they denied to keep it in the Luggage Compartment. keeping the luggage and sleeping was totaly uncormftable.The drivers were continuously smoking and it was irritating and suffocating. we did not get the proper service for what we paid.
