Today I wish to share my review on the movie named GULAEBAGHAVALI released on 12th January 2018 directed by Kalyaan through KJR Studios.
If we see the story of this movie, this is a great big comedy movie what I heard before watching this movie but after watching it failed. Why I am saying like this you will understand.
At starting they are showing some scene of british govt period of india. At that generation, a ship is waiting to depart at harbour. A british man is ready waiting to travel at that ship by stealing lots of diamonds in a box and telling a labor to pick the box. Since the ship was ready to move in a hurry bury labor ran with that box towards the ship but slipped and fall down suddenly and box gets opened. The labor after seeing that much diamonds on the box, he takes and escapes from there goes to a temple of goddess GULAEBAGHAVALI and dug and place the box inside near that temple. There that scene gets cut then they show the latest foreign location after a long years, one old age man laid on bed calls his son and tells to his son that my father died on telling a secret to me ie., In Gulaebaghavali temple there is a very precious treasure. He said me to take treasure but I cant. So at least I want you to take that treasure. After hearing this word from his father that villian comes back to india on search of treasure and asks help of his relative at india named anandavelu. That anandavelu asks help of Munishkanth to find the treasure. Again munishkanth asks help to prabhudeva to find the treasure. Like this, to take one particular treasure they did such a great big comedy by making Audience as comedians is the entire story of this movie.
While watching this movie, I as an audience did not get even a bit of comedy sense to laugh. Comedy film means it must make audience to laugh. If it is a comedy movie we all know very well how to watch such movies because while watching such comedy movie we must not expect any logic, we must remove our brain at parking zone before entering into the screen but in this movie such a good comedy actor hero prabhudeva is acting in this movie then also I did not get any laugh means you can easily understand how the movie was.
I don’t know why director did not utilized Actor prabhudeva’s talent on screen play. There was a big lagging on screen play.
A big question which raised for me as an audience while watching this movie that is prabhudeva itself is a big director earning even 10 crores budget from hindi movies then how come he heard and accepted for this story I dont know. In this movie Actress revathi has acted. Now a days Actress revathi not signing to act on any movie then how she signed on this movie after hearing this story. Instead of acting like this movie its better to not to sign.
In this movie prabhudeva has danced on 2 songs, it was really a different steps with lots of length steps which was only good thing in this movie and gave chillness to audience eyes.
Overall, I as an audience felt that director gave a great disappointment by making us as a comedians by making us watch their movie by involving a great Actor prabhudeva. Never expected. waste of money what I felt.
